Complete the Colorado State University online graduate application

• Under "Select an application type," choose the term you would like to begin
• Under "Program," choose Arts Leadership and Cultural Management (M.A.L.C.M.)
• As soon as you have completed the required information, submit your application. You do not need to wait for recommendations, scores, or transcripts to move your application forward.

Most documents can be uploaded by the applicant directly to the online application system. For documents that cannot be submitted through the application system, such as official transcripts and test scores, request the documents be sent to the Office of Admissions.

Domestic Students: Electronic transcripts may be sent from your school through an official electronic transcript clearinghouse to gradadmissions@colostate.edu.

Use a credit card to pay your application fee ($60 for domestic applicants, $70 for international applicants).

Application fees may be waived for military veterans and service members. Complete a fee waiver request if eligible.

Check your application status to make sure your application is complete and watch for updates. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is complete.
